To change your password, click the Profile icon in the top right > Manage Account > Contact details & settings from the sidebar menu of the platform.
Once on the Contact Details and Settings tab, select Edit next to Change your current password:
Enter your Current password and then your New password in the fields that appear. Once you click Save, your new password will be active.
If you forgot your password, you can reset it by following these steps:
- Look for the Forgot your password? link within the login field on the main page of AMBOSS.
- Click Forgot your password? and you will be prompted to input the email address you used to register with AMBOSS.
- A password reset link will be emailed to you. Click the link you received. You will then be forwarded to the webpage where you can choose a new password.
After completing that process, you will be able to log in to your account with your new password.
If you don't receive the email with the link to reset your password, please double-check the email you used to register your account, along with your spam folder.
