Changing/Resetting your Password

To change your password, select Account & settings > Notes & more from the sidebar menu of the platform.

Once on that page, select the link next to Reset your AMBOSS password:AMBOSS_ResetPassword.png
You’ll receive an email containing a link to activate the process of changing your password. Follow this link and simply enter your new password in the field New Password and repeat the entry in the confirmation field. Don’t forget to click Save!

If you don't receive the email with the link to reset your password, please double-check the email you used to register your account, as well as your spam folder. If you are unsure which email is associated with your account, you can check it by heading to Account & settings > Contact details & settings in the left-side menu.

If you forgot your password, you can reset it by following these steps:

  1. Look for the Forgot your password? link within the login field on the main page of AMBOSS

  2. Click Forgot your password? and you will receive an email containing a link to change your password.
  3. Click the link you received. You will then be forwarded to the webpage where you can choose a new password.

After completing that process, you will be able to log in to your personal account with your new password.

If you don't receive the email with the link to reset your password, please double-check the email you used to register your account, along with your spam folder.
