Admins and Educators can edit existing assignments and create new ones through the Educator Assignments overview section. Their existing assignments are displayed in a paginated table that is searchable via the search bar. By default, the table is sorted by creation date going from newest to oldest.
The table columns are: Title, Status, Scope, Assigned To, Start Date, End Date, and Mode. Educators and Admins can customize which columns they'd like to see by clicking the "Columns" button, making it easier to identify important information. This is a persistent selection, so please check which "Columns" are checked if information is missing.
There is also a "Status filter" next to the search bar. This filter is also persistent.
- There are five different Status (educators can filter by Status via the "Status filter" next to the search bar):
- Draft: assignment has been created but not assigned;
- Assigned: assignment has been assigned, but the start date is in the future;
- Active: assignment is currently available to Learners;
- Closed: assignment has an end date that is in the past;
- Archived: assignment that has been archived.
