Group Discounts are lead by students who get together to purchase access to AMBOSS with a discount as a group. The discount is organized based on the number of students in a group, where higher discounts are given to larger groups of students. People often organize these groups by getting together with some classmates or friends.

Note - The access you purchase through a Group Discount is individual access, you do not share it with your fellow classmates who sign up.
