If you are unable to find your gift card 7 business days after attending a webinar in which one was promised, please first check your Spam/Junk folders for an email from our partner Xoxoday. Please be sure to check the email you used to register for the webinar.

If you are still unable to find the gift card after taking these actions, please feel free to contact AMBOSS Support or leave us a message here , and provide us with the date you attended the webinar. We'd be happy to look into this further for you!
