You can find all your invoices corresponding to the purchase of a membership or a Qbank add-on in the left-side menu of your account. Just select Account & Settings > Payment Info & Invoices to do so.
Additionally, you can download your invoices as PDFs in this section whenever you wish. Please note you will need a valid Billing Address on the platform in order to download your invoice.
If you are unable to find the invoice for your purchase in this section of the platform, it could be because your payment is still processing. Please give the system an hour to process the payment, and if you're still unable to access your invoice, feel free to contact AMBOSS Support or leave us a message here and we'll send it over!
