You can find all your invoices corresponding to the purchase of a membership or a Qbank add-on in the left-side menu of your account. Just select Account > Payment info & Invoices to do so.
Additionally, you can download your invoices as PDFs in this section whenever you wish.
If you're unable to find the invoice for your purchase in this section of the platform, it could be due to the fact that your payment is still processing. Please give the system an hour to process the payment, and if you're still unable to access your invoice, feel free to reach out to us via the icon on the bottom right corner of this page and we'll send it over!
