If you see a UTF-8 error when trying to import an existing deck into Anki
This error is directly linked to the Anki platform. Sometimes, certain files (e.g.: spreadsheet CVS files) aren't saved with the correct encoding. Anki requires the file to be saved with the UTF-8 encoding to be successfully imported. You can reach out directly to Anki Support forums for assistance with this issue. Please also refer to the Anki FAQ for more information about the UTF-8 format.
If you see a UTF-8 error during installation
