If you have received an AMBOSS access code from your institution or as part of an initiative, you can redeem the code in your AMBOSS account to activate your access. To do so, click the Profile icon in the top right > Manage Account > Redeem a code.
Once you open this page, enter your code in the activation field and click the Redeem Code button.
That's it! You've now redeemed your access code. When you activate a new code it adds access to the end of your current access. For example, if you still have 3 trial days left, the code you redeem will start after these 3 days. That means there's no need to worry about losing time on our platform when you're activating a new access code!
Please note: If you have an active Yearly or Monthly membership, you will not be able to redeem your access code. If this is the case or if you're having any other issues, please feel free to contact the AMBOSS Support Team or leave us a message here and we'll get back to you as soon as possible!
