NEET PG Crash Course: Everything You Need to Know

The AMBOSS NEET PG Crash Course is a high-yield, comprehensive exam preparation program designed specifically for medical graduates in India. This intensive program combines a structured 20-day Study Plan with our advanced Grand Test (GT) Booster to maximize your scores, close your knowledge gaps, and build critical exam stamina so you peak exactly on exam day.

What is Included in the Crash Course?

The program provides complete access to the ultimate NEET PG preparation toolkit:

  • 20-Day Study Plan: A day-by-day learning plan designed to build your exam endurance gradually, taking you from one question block to full exam readiness. You would do ~1300 high-yield questions over 20 days to get accustomed to the exam interface and answering MCQs under pressure.
  • 4 Grand Tests (GTs): Full-length, exam-style mock tests designed to simulate the actual NEET PG environment. We do a deep analysis of your GT to analyse your gaps and offer you clear actions on what to do next. We offer advanced predictive modelling benchmarked to real national NEET PG exam trends, so your GT rank is indicative of how you would rank if today’s exam were the real NEET PG.

Through this crash course, you have access to-

  • 8,000+ NEET PG Questions: A high-yield Qbank featuring clinical reasoning, factual recall, and image-based questions that reflect the latest exam patterns.
  • Full MBBS Library: Comprehensive clinical and foundational knowledge database, easily accessible via the search option.
  • Performance Insights & Recommendations: Analytics that map your topic-wise weaknesses and provide direct links to the exact high-yield articles you need to read next.

How it was created: The content within the Study Plan and Qbank was developed over several months by a dedicated team of over 60 expert AMBOSS physicians. To ensure absolute relevance to the competitive Indian medical landscape, they worked in direct collaboration with young medical doctors in India and successful NEET PG candidates.

Web vs. Mobile App: How to Study

Courses and Study Plans (like the NEET-PG) must be taken on the web platform. To guarantee complete performance stability under high-volume testing conditions and mimic true exam-day conditions, you must use a desktop browser.

You can also access many of our desktop features via our mobile apps as well! We’re in the process of combining our AMBOSS Knowledge and AMBOSS Qbank apps for Android, and for iOS you can access content via AMBOSS Knowledge. Check out the Google Play or Apple store to download.

💡 Our Knowledge library has 100% Offline Access. You can download the text-based library to your phone to review high-yield articles during hospital rotations, even with zero network coverage.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Why should I choose AMBOSS for NEET PG?

AMBOSS is trusted daily by over 2 million medical professionals worldwide. This specific NEET PG prep tool was created with direct input from young Indian doctors to ensure it perfectly aligns with the difficulty level, structure, and subject distribution of the Indian medical curriculum.

I've signed up; what happens next?

  1. Check your inbox for a confirmation email and click the link inside to access your personalized study plan. (If you don't have an AMBOSS account yet, create one using the same email address you used to sign up).
  2. The crash course is live, meaning you can jump into your daily schedules immediately.
  3. The first Grand Test drops on July 11th. Finish it before the deadline to get your national rank prediction and individual subject breakdown.

Why can't I find or start my Grand Test on the Qbank app?

Grand Tests are designed to replicate real exam conditions - timed, uninterrupted, and high-stakes. To ensure accurate live rankings and protect your progress, they're available on desktop web only. Your mobile app will send you a reminder notification when a test goes live, but it will direct you to log in on the web to begin.

Why isn't the manual "Submit" button working on my question block?

If you are practicing in Exam Mode, the manual submit button is temporarily disabled to provide a high-fidelity simulation of the actual NEET PG environment. Your block will automatically close and submit for scoring only when the countdown timer runs out.

If you close the app or browser tab, the timer will continue running in the background. If you absolutely need to exit a practice block early, you must use your web browser's back button.
