Hi, so the other day I needed to do pediatric surgery questions, excluding orthopedics, but I couldn't.
Adding such function would be so good especially for broad specialties, I remember having the same issue when I was doing Family medicine Qs and kept going through psychiatry Qs. (Yes, some topics of psychiatry are covered in FM but sometimes I just don't want to go over them)

This is a great idea, it makes complete sense to want the ability to narrow down your session by removing an included topic.
