Access code has expired

If you have purchased AMBOSS access as a one-time AMBOSS standard, AMBOSS Plus, Student Life or Group Discount package, you’ll receive an email with your access code following the purchase.

Your code may expire six months following your purchase, so please activate it as soon as possible.

If your code has expired or you're having difficulty redeeming it, please reach out to our team via the icon on the bottom right corner of this screen, and provide us with the access code you're trying to redeem.

Please note- our shop has recently changed and we now offer memberships instead of access packages with codes. Therefore, if you purchased a code before this change, it has probably expired and you'll have to contact us. That said, we still provide access codes in some scenarios.
