If you are not able to access AMBOSS after you purchase, there are a few checks you could make:
Create your AMBOSS account
In order to access AMBOSS, you need to create an account first.
If you don't have an account yet, you can register here.
Following your registration, you’ll receive an email with a link to verify your account.
Activate your access code
After purchasing access, you need to activate your access code which you should receive in an email.
To activate it, log in to your AMBOSS account, click Account > Access & billing information and enter the code in the window Activate Code. Alternatively, you can enter your code straight away here.
Your AMBOSS access will begin!
If you cannot find this email, please check your spam/junk inbox and mark it as Not Spam if it is there, to ensure you’ll receive our emails in the future.
